早期康复护理对脑出血偏瘫患者肢体运动功能的影响研究

To explore the effect of early rehabilitation nursing on limb motor function in patients with cerebral hemorrhage and hemiplegia

目的对脑出血偏瘫患者实施早期康复护理对其肢体运动功能的影响效果探讨。方法将我院80例脑出血偏瘫患者进行随机分组:A组与B组,各40例。A组应用常规护理,B组施以早期康复护理,对2组患者的肌力恢复状况进行比较。结果 B组的肌力恢复状况明显比A组理想,且组间差异显著,P<0.05。结论对脑出血偏瘫患者实施早期康复护理可以有效改善患者的肢体运动功能状况,促进患者的肌力恢复,适合推广。

Objective on patients with hemiplegia of cerebral hemorrhage early rehabilitation nursing effect on the limb function to discuss the effect.
