脑卒中偏瘫患者开展超早期康复护理对其肢体运动功能的临床作用分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的探究给予脑卒中偏瘫患者超早期康复护理对其肢体运动功能的应用效果。方法将我院收治的脑卒中偏瘫患者分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者给予常规内科护理,观察组则给予超早期康复护理。比较两组患者护理后的肢体功能与生活能力的恢复情况。结果观察组患者Fugl-Meyer12.84±0.69分、ADL评分89.83±4.67分均比对照组10.72±0.87分、83.26±5.22分高,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予脑卒中偏瘫患者超早期康复护理,能够帮助患者改善肢体运动功能,恢复正常的运动机能,值得推广应用。 Objective To explore for stroke patients with hemiplegia early rehabilitation effect of nursing on limb function in hemiplegic stroke patients. Methods in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group,the control group were given routine nursing,the observation group was given early rehabilitation nursing super recovery were compared between the two groups the nursing of patients after limb function and life ability. Results in the observation group,Fugl-Meyer12. 84 + 0. 69,89. 83 +4. 67 ADL score than the control group 10. 72 + 0. 87,83. 26 + 5. 22 points high,with statistical significance Conclusion( P< 0. 05)Conclusion super early rehabilitation nursing for patients with stroke hemiplegia can help the patients improve their physical function and resume their normal motor function,which is worthy of popularization and Application
