PiCCO指导下强化液体管理治疗急性左心衰的临床研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的讨论PiCCO指导下强化液体管理治疗急性左心衰的临床研究。方法选取我院发生急性左心衰的患者100例,根据随机的原则分为实行常规管理的对照组以及实行强化液体管理的实验组。结果实验组的血浆脑型利钠肽,心脏超声提示左室射血分数,左室舒张末期内径,肺泡动脉氧分压差,血气分析提示动脉血气氧分压等于对照组相比,差别具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对急性左心衰的患者进行PiCCO指导下强化液体管理,效果良好,具有重要的临床价值。
