急救护理在急性有机磷农药中毒中的应用

Application of emergency nursing in acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning

目的探讨急救护理在急性有机磷农药中毒的应用效果。方法选择2015年5月-2016年5月期间我院收治的急性有机磷农药中毒患者42例为对照组,实施常规护理,选取2016年6月-2017年6月期间我院收治的急性有机磷农药中毒患者42例为观察组,实施急救护理,对比两组患者护理情况。结果观察组的中毒消失时间、住院时间、死亡率对于对照组,抢救成功率高于对照组。结论急救护理在急性有机磷农药中毒的应用效果显著,改善了症状和生活质量,降低了死亡率、并发症,提高了治愈率,值得应用。

Objective To study the application effect of emergency nursing in acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.Methods in May 2015-May 2016 our hospital during the period of 42 patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning as the control group,routine nursing,choose in June 2016—June 2017 our hospital during the period of 42 patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning as the observation group,the implementation of emergency care,compared two groups of patient care. Results the observation group of poisoning disappear time,length of hospital stay,mortality for the control group,the rescue success rate is higher than the control group. Conclusion the application of emergency care in acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning effect is remarkable,improve the symptoms and quality of life and reduce the mortality and complications,improve the cure rate,is worthy of application.
