前置胎盘(中央型)合并疤痕子宫术中出血治疗分析

Treatment of bleeding during operation of placenta previa(central type)combined with scar uterus

目的分析前置胎盘合并瘢痕子宫术中出血患者的治疗。方法本文随机抽取我院于2016年6月-2017年5月收治的63例前置胎盘(中央型)合并疤痕子宫术中出血患者为研究对象。运用双盲随机分组法将其分成对照组和观察组2个组别,分别给予两组患者宫腔纱条填塞法治疗、针对性治疗。观察患者的止血成功率、出血量。结果观察组前置胎盘合并疤痕子宫术中出血患者的止血成功率、出血量均优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为了保障前置胎盘合并疤痕子宫术中出血患者的安全,应在静脉注射缩宫素的基础上,运用8字缝合法、动脉结扎法采取针对性治疗。

Objective To analyze the placenta previa with scar uterus bleeding patients. Methods 63 cases of placenta previa were randomly selected in our hospital from June 2016-2017 May 2009( central type) with scar uterus bleeding patients as the research object. Using the double blind randomized group were divided into control group and observation group of 2 groups,two groups of patients were given uterine gauze therapy,targeted therapy. Patients were observed the success rate of bleeding,bleeding. Results in the observation group the success rate of hemostasis in patients with bleeding of placenta previa complicated with uterine scar surgery,blood loss was better than the control group,there was statistically significant difference Conclusion( P<0. 05). Conclusion in order to ensure the safety of patients with placenta previa complicated with scar uterine bleeding,we should use the 8 word suture method and the artery ligation method for targeted treatment on the basis of intravenous injection of oxytocin.
