优质护理干预在高血压脑出血患者健康教育中的临床效果

Clinical effect of high quality nursing intervention on health education of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage

目的分析优质护理干预在高血压脑出血患者健康教育中的临床效果。方法选取我院2016年8月到2017年8月期间收治的64例高血压脑出血患者,按照不同护理方法将其分为常规组与优质组各32例,常规组实施常规健康教育,优质组根据优质护理干预标准实施健康教育,对比两组的护理效果。结果常规组的健康知识知晓率为68.8%,优质组为84.4%,优质组高于常规组,对比差异显著(P<0.05);优质组定期检查、饮食控制、按时用药、自我监测的依从性均高于常规组,对比差异显著(P<0.05);常规组的患者满意度为87.5%,优质组为100.0%,优质组高于常规组,对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论优质护理干预在高血压脑出血患者健康教育中的临床效果显著,可明显提升患者的健康知识知晓率、治疗依从性以及满意度,值得推广并应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of quality nursing intervention in the health of education in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods from August 2016 to August 2016 admitted during the period of 64 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage,the nursing methods according to different divided into normal group and the high quality the 32 cases,normal group through routine health education,high-quality group according to the quality standard implementation of health education,nursing intervention nursing effect compared to two groups. Results the healthy knowledge of normal group was 68. 8%,the quality group was 84. 4%,the quality group was higher than the conventional group,and the contrast difference was significant( P < 0. 05).The compliance of quality group with regular inspection,diet control,timely medication and self-monitoring was higher than that of the conventional group,and the contrast was significant( P<0. 05). The patient satisfaction of the normal group was 87. 5%,the quality group was 100. 0%,the quality group was higher than the conventional group,and the contrast difference was significant( P<0. 05).Conclusion the quality of nursing intervention on health education for patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage clinical effect is remarkable,can obviously improve the patient's health knowledge awareness,treatment adherence,and satisfaction,is worth popularization and application.
