胆囊部分切除术与全切术治疗胆囊炎合并胆结石的效果对比

Effect Comparison of Partial Cholecystectomy and Total Resection in the Treatment of Cholecystitis Complicated with Gallstones

目的探究胆囊部分切除术与全切术治疗胆囊炎合并胆结石的治疗效,并通过治疗效果分析,得出有效试验结论。为临床医学提供治疗经验,帮助患者早日恢复身体健康。方法选取我院时间范围为2015年12月~2016年12月确诊为胆囊炎合并胆结石疾病的患者资料80例,经过随即分组之后将所有患者平均分为两组,并将这两组患者进行分组命名,名称为观察组和对照组。对对照组的40例患者给予胆囊全切术的治疗方式,而观察组的40例患者则给予胆囊部分切除术的治疗。一段时间的结束之后,对比两组患者的治疗疗效,记录有关数据,以便结果分析。结果比较两组患者的住院时间、手术时间,显示出观察组患者的情况均优于对照组。且观察组患者的手术出血量也低于对照组。结论对胆囊炎合并胆结石患者进行胆囊部分切除术能够更有效地治疗患者,减少患者手术出血量,并缩短患者手术时间,建议临床上广泛使用胆囊部分切除术的治疗方式,帮助患者恢复身体。使患者能够提升生活质量,早日恢复健康。

Objective Objective to explore the curative effect of partial cholecystectomy and total resection in the treatment of cholecystitis combined with gallstones,and through the treatment effect analysis,draw the conclusion of effective test. To provide treatment experience for clinical medicine,to help patients recover as soon as possible. Methods Selected time range for the December2015 ~ 2016 December data of patients diagnosed with cholecystitis with gallstone disease in 80 cases,after then grouping after all patients were divided into two groups,and the two groups of patients were divided into two groups named,the name for the observation group and the control group. 40 patients in the control group were treated with total cholecystectomy,while 40 patients in the observation group were treated with partial cholecystectomy. After a period of time,the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared,and the data were recorded for the result analysis. Results The hospitalization time and operation time of the two groups were compared,and the patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group. And the amount of bleeding in the observation group was also lower than that in the control group. Conclusion Cholecystectomy in patients with cholecystitis combined with gallstones can be more effective treatment of patients,reduce the amount of bleeding in patients with surgery,and shorten the operation time of patients,it is recommended to widely use the clinical treatment of gallbladder partial resection,to help patients recover. So that patients can improve the quality of life,early recovery of health.
