某三甲综合医院抗菌药物专项整治效果评价

Evaluation on the Effect of Special Rectification of Antimicrobial Agents in A Tertiary General Hospital

目的评价某三甲医院抗菌药物专项整治工作的效果,为医疗机构管控和规范抗菌药物的使用提供借鉴和参考。方法计算2016年1至12月抗菌药物临床应用主要监测指标,绘制趋势图,比较抗菌药物专项整治工作开展前后各项指标的变化情况。结果专项整治工作开展后,该院住院抗菌药物使用率及使用强度、门急诊抗菌药物使用率及静脉使用率明显下降且低于国家标准,抗菌药物处方及病历点评不合格率明显下降且维持在较低水平,抗菌药物收入占比有所下降。结论该院抗菌药物专项整治工作取得了显著成效,抗菌药物不合理使用情况得到了有效控制,但需加强监管,促进抗菌药物合理使用的持续改进。

Objective Evaluate the effect of special rectification of antimicrobial agents in a tertiary general hospital,and hope to provide reference and recommendation for medical institutions to control and regulate the use of antimicrobial drugs. Methods Calculated main indicators of clinical application of antibiotics from January to December in 2016,and drew the trend graphs,compared the changes of antibiotics use before and after the special rectification. Results After the special rectification,the antimicrobial utilization rate and intensity on inpatients,as well as the antimicrobial utilization rate and intravenous utilization rate on outpatients and emergency patients all decreased significantly,lower than the national standard. Disqualification rate of antimicrobial prescription and medical record decreased significantly and maintained at low level. The proportion of antimicrobial drug income decreased to some extent. Conclusions The special rectification of antimicrobial agents in this tertiary general hospital has achieved remarkable effects,unreasonable use of antimicrobial agents have been effectively controlled,but need to strengthen supervision to achieve continuous improvement on antimicrobial drugs utilization.
