大脑中动脉斑块与雌激素受体基因启动子甲基化的关系研究

摘要 目的利用3.0T高分辨率磁共振成像(HRMRI)对大脑中动脉粥样硬化斑块的特征进行研究,探讨斑块特征与患者梗死类型的相关性。方法取49例行颅内动脉HRMRI的动脉粥样硬化患者,分析其双侧大脑中动脉的斑块分布及斑块强化程度。按斑块强化程度将患者分为高信号或混杂信号组和低信号或等信号组,比较两组患者的临床资料,分析易损斑块的临床危险因素,采用甲基化特异性聚合酶链反应(MSP)检测静脉血ER-α_A基因启动子区甲基化状态。结果斑块高信号或混杂信号组雌激素受体基因启动子甲基化率为78.6%;等信号或低信号组雌激素受体基因启动子甲基化率为70.4%。结论利用HRMRI及雌激素受体甲基化,能够在一定程度上预测缺血性卒中事件的发生,并推测其梗死类型。
