基于心血管内科临床用药的常遇问题及如何合理用药分析

Common Problems of Clinical Medication Based on Cardiovascular Medicine and Analysis of How to Use Rational Drug Use

目的探究在心血管内科中,常见的临床用药问题,并针对相关问题采取有效的用药措施。方法选取80例在2016年7月至2017年8月本院心血管内科收治的患者,回顾性分析他们的用药情况,并对其用药情况进行合理分析,研究在存在于用药期间的相关问题。结果心血管内科疾病患者80例中,7例患者存在用药问题,所占比例为8.75%。不合理用法用量、不合理临床用药和诊断、不合理配伍及不合理抗菌药物使用等等是用药过程中的常见问题。结论在心血管内科中,常见的临床用药问题较多,需要将改进措施有效提出,促进患者治疗有效性显著提高,同时这也是在治疗心血管内科疾病过程中需要着重解决的问题。

Objective To explore the common clinical medication problems in cardiovascular medicine,and to take effective drug use measures for related problems. Methods Selection 80 patients who were admitted to cardiovascular department of our hospital from July 2016 to August in—2017 were analyzed retrospectively. Their medication status was analyzed retrospectively,and their medication situation was analyzed reasonably,and the related problems during the period of medication were studied. Results In the 80 patients with cardiovascular diseases,7 patients had the problem of drug use,which accounted for 8. 75%. Irrational usage and dosage,irrational clinical use and diagnosis,irrational compatibility and use of irrational antimicrobial agents are common problems in the process of drug use. Conclusion In cardiovascular medicine,there are many common problems in clinical medication. It is necessary to put forward effective measures to improve the effectiveness of treatment,and this is also a problem to be solved in the process of treating cardiovascular diseases.
