摘要
目的探讨高龄急性心肌梗死合并左心衰患者的护理要点。方法抽取我院2014年6月至2016年6月收治的150例高龄急性心肌梗死合并左心衰患者为研究对象,根据护理方式分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规护理方式,给予观察组针对性护理,比较两组护理效果。结果对照组护理总有效率为81.3%,观察组护理总有效率为96.0%,差异明显(P<0.05)。结论给予高龄急性心肌梗死合并左心衰患者针对性护理,能够改善护理效果,值得推广应用。
Objective to investigate the nursing of elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with left heart failure objective. Methods 150 elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction and left heart failure admitted to our hospital from June2014 to June 2016 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to nursing mode. The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was given specific nursing,and the nursing effect was compared between the two groups. Results the total effective rate of nursing in the control group was 81. 3%,and the total effective rate in the observation group was 96%,the difference was obvious( P<0. 05). Conclusion the nursing effect of the elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction combined with left heart failure can improve the nursing effect,and it is worth popularizing.
