长期亚低温与短期亚低温治疗重型颅脑损伤的临床分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨长期亚低温与短期亚低温治疗重型颅脑损伤的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析于2016年1月至2016年12月期间在我院进行治疗的重型颅脑损伤患者100例作为本次研究对象,按照入院先后顺序分为对照组和观察组(n=50例)。对照组行短期亚低温治疗治疗,观察组同时加用长期亚低温治疗。对比两组的临床治疗。结果对照组的治疗成效明显低于观察组,且对照组并发症状发生情况,明显高于观察组,两组存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论通过对重型颅脑损伤患者行长期亚低温治疗,能够有效的改善患者的预后,提高治疗成效,具有临床推广意义。
