基于CT图像引导鼻咽癌自适应放疗研究进展

摘要 目的以CT图像引导技术为基础,总结鼻咽癌放疗的研究现状并展望其未来的发展趋势。方法对国内外有关鼻咽癌治疗的文献综述进行有效的分析,总结其中优缺点。结果在鼻咽癌IMRT期间,放疗患者在放疗摆位误差、体质量减少、肿瘤不规则缩小、肿大淋巴结和腮腺肿大等形态和解剖结构位置发生了一些变化。这些变化会影响靶区和危及器官的实际辐射剂量分布,造成靶区和(或)腮腺等器官的过量辐射。调整放疗计划的最好时期是在放疗第四周或患者体重下降量大于人体总重的7.10%时。结论接受鼻咽癌调强治疗(IMRT)的患者需要采用自适应放疗技术(ART)来矫正摆位误差,或以放疗过程中的检查结果为基础,在合适的时机对治疗方案进行适当的调整,以期实现个体化的自适应精确放疗。
