浅析腹腔镜探查在肠胃外科急诊中的应用效果

目的对腹腔镜探查在肠胃外科急诊中的应用效果机械能给你分析。方法在本次研究中随机选取我院在2015年1月至2017年1月期间收治的50例患者作为研究对象,在这些患者中随机抽取25例作为对照组,其在临床治疗中采用的是常规剖腹探查,剩下的25例患者作为研究组,其在临床诊断中采用的是腹腔镜探查方法,对两组患者的探查结果准确性以及患者的住院时间等进行对比分析。结果通过对两组患者的结果进行观察得知,观察组患者在临床诊断中采用腹腔镜探查方法,患者的诊断准确率和患者术后的住院时间等都要优于对照组患者,且两组患者之间的临床数据对比差异具有统计学意义,即P<0.05。结论对于急诊肠胃外科患者,其在临床诊断中采用腹腔镜方法能够帮助医生更加准确的诊断患者的临床疾病,从而帮助患者提高其临床治疗效果。

Objective To analyze the effect of the application of laparoscopy in the emergency of Gastroenterology surgery. Methods in this study randomly selected 50 cases in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected from the patients as the research object,in these patients 25 patients were randomly selected as control group,its use in the clinical treatment of the conventional laparotomy,the remaining 25 patients as the research group, its use in clinical diagnosis the laparoscopic exploration method,comparative analysis of the accuracy of the two groups of patients with operation results and hospitalization time etc. Results The results of the two groups of patients were observed. The patients in the observation group laparoscopic exploration method in clinical diagnosis,accurate rate of the patients with the diagnosis and postoperative hospitalization time than patients in the control group,and the difference was significant between the two groups of patients with clinical data contrast,P<0. 05. Conclusion for emergency gastrointestinal surgery patients,the laparoscopic method in clinical diagnosis can help doctors to diagnose clinical diseases more accurately,so as to help patients improve their clinical efficacy.
