妇产科围手术期感染的预防及护理干预

Prevention and nursing intervention of peri operative infection in obstetrics and gynecology department

目的评价护理干预在预防妇产科围术期感染方面的价值。方法选择妇产科手术患者200例,以护理方案不同分为常规护理的对照组、加行护理干预的观察组。对比两组妇产科患者感染、高热发生率以及高热持续时间、感染类别占比。结果组间高热、感染发生率对比,观察组明显低于对照组P<0.05。组间高热持续时间对比,观察组明显短于对照组P<0.05。组间感染类别占比对比,观察组呼吸系统感染发生率低于对照组P<0.05。结论妇产科围术期实施护理干预可以降低感染发生率,促进预后恢复。

Objective Objective To evaluate the nursing intervention in the prevention of infection in obstetrics and Gynecology perioperative aspects of value. Methods 200 cases of patients with gynecologic surgery,nursing programs were divided into observation group and control group received routine nursing care intervention. The incidence of infection,high fever,high fever duration and infection category were compared in the two groups of Obstetrics and gynecology. Results The incidence of hyperthermia and infection in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group( P < 0. 05). The contrast of high heat duration between groups was significantly shorter in the observation group than in the control group( P<0. 05). The incidence of respiratory infection in the observation group was lower than that of the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The implementation of nursing intervention in the perioperative period of Obstetrics and Gynecology can reduce the incidence of infection and promote the recovery of the prognosis.
