摘要
目的探讨脑梗死伴发高血压患者的循证护理效果。方法选取我院2016年3月至2017年6月期间收治的96例脑梗死伴发高血压患者作为研究对象,行分组对照研究(观察组和对照组各48例),比较两组患者的治疗恢复效果。结果经护理后,两组患者的血压水平、心理状态、肢体运动功能、神经功能以及日常生活活动能力得到显著的恢复(P<0.05)。与接受常规护理的对照组相比,接受循证护理的观察组患者的护理满意度(95.83%>77.08%)、日常生活活动能力量表(ADL)评分[(78.62±9.04)>(70.21±8.75)]以及简式Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分[(81.34±10.16)分>(72.44±9.62)分]相对更高(P<0.05),而患者的并发症发生率(4.17%<14.58%)、收缩压(SBP)水平[(117.61±12.32)mm Hg<(132.55±11.38)mm Hg]、舒张压(DBP)水平[(83.96±8.24)mm Hg<(92.14±10.75)mm Hg]以及汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分[(10.44±2.18)分<(15.39±3.46)分]相对更低(P<0.05)。结论脑梗死伴发高血压的循证护理对于患者的治疗恢复有着积极的促进作用。
Objective To explore the evidence-based nursing effect of patients with cerebral infarction with hypertension. Methods Our hospital during March 2016 to June 2017 treated 96 cases of cerebral infarction with hypertension patients as the research object,line group control study( observation group and the control group( n = 48),compare the treatment of two groups of patients recovery effect. Conclusion The evidence-based nursing of cerebral infarction accompanied by hypertension has a positive effect on the recovery of patients.
