FDG PET/CT评估乳腺癌治疗后淋巴结转移的临床效果分析

摘要 目的 FDG PET/CT评估乳腺癌治疗后淋巴结转移的临床效果分析。方法选取2017年1月至2017年12月期间于我院接受乳腺癌治疗后出现淋巴结转移40例患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,其中对照组患者采用传统影像检查方式进行诊断检断检测,而观察组患者则采用FDG PET/CT进行诊断检测。比较两组患者的临床病症检出率。结果观察组的临床病症检出率明显高于对照组(P<0.05,差异有统计学意义)。结论 FDG PET/CT评估乳腺癌治疗后淋巴结转移的临床诊断应用价值高,病灶检出情况高,准确系数高适合在临床治疗中推广使用。
