摘要 目的研究猪小肠黏膜下层生物补片与人体真皮脱皮细胞基质补片应用于感染性腹壁缺损治疗中的效果。方法选取52例感染性腹部缺损患者,比较两组治疗后住院时间、引流管保留时间与治疗前后疼痛评分。结果对比对照组,研究组治疗后疼痛评分更低(P<0.05)。结论猪小肠黏膜下层生物补片应用于感染性腹壁缺损治疗中的效果优于人体真皮脱皮细胞基质补片,值得推广应用。 Objective To study the effect of porcine small intestinal submucosa biological patch and human dermal dermal matrix patch in the treatment of infected abdominal wall defects. Methods 52 patients with infectious abdominal defects were selected,and the hospitalization time,drainage tube retention time and pain score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group,the pain score of the study group was lower after treatment( P<0. 05). Conclusion The effect of pig small intestinal submucosa submucosa patch in the treatment of infective abdominal wall defect is better than that of human dermal dermis matrix patch,which is worth popularizing.
