不同运动方式在2型糖尿病患者中产生的疗效 被引量:2

摘要 随着医学技术与医疗手段的提高与发展,现阶段在进行对2型糖尿病患者的治疗过程中,运动疗法已经被广泛的应用。本文通过参考中外医学文献,从有氧运动与抗阻运动两种运动方式入手进行研究,简要的分析这两种运动方式在2型糖尿病患者中产生的疗效。
