摘要
目的基于数值模拟的方法,评估颈内动脉狭窄对局部脑血流的影响,为后续相关研究提供理论参考。方法基于一例颈内动脉轻度狭窄患者的核磁数据,构建包含软膜血管的Willis环集中参数模型,并根据狭窄程度的定义,在已有模型基础上构建不同狭窄程度的颈内动脉模型。结果狭窄程度较低时,大脑前、中、后动脉的出口血流在软膜血管的调节作用以及侧支循环系统的代偿作用下变化微弱,当狭窄程度较高时前动脉和中动脉的血流有所下降,调节作用以及代偿作用也更显著。结论颈内动脉狭窄会对局部脑血流产生不可忽略的影响,对该影响的研究能够加深对颈内动脉狭窄以及脑血流调节功能的理解,为临床提供理论基础。
Objective Based on numerical simulation,to evaluate the influence of internal carotid artery stenosis on local cerebral blood flow,providing theoretical reference for subsequent research. Methods Based on the mri data of one patients with mild stenosis of the internal carotid artery,constructed the lumped parameter model of the circle of Willis containing pial blood vessel and obtained the internal carotid artery models with different degree of stenosis based on the existing model according to the definition of stenosis. Results When the degree of stenosis was lower,the outlet blood flow of anterior,middle,posterior cerebral artery changed weakly under the regulation of pial blood vessel and the compensatory effect of collateral circulation system. When the degree of stenosis was higher,the outlet blood flow of anterior,middle cerebral artery decreased,and regulation and compensatory effect were more significant. Conclusion Internal carotid artery stenosis had an important influence on local cerebral blood flow,and the study on this influence could deepen the understanding of internal carotid artery stenosis and cerebral blood flow regulation function,providing theoretical basis for clinical practice.
