浅谈高血压患者采用苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片治疗的临床效果

The clinical effect of Levamlodipine Besylate Tablets treatment in patients with hypertension

目的探究苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片治疗高血压患者的效果。方法选择我院2017年1月至2018年1月收治的高血压患者100位作为临床研究对象,随机、平均的将其划归为每组50人的观察组与对照组。观察组患者行苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片治疗、对照组则给予患者硝苯地平缓释片治疗;治疗时间为2个月。最后比较两组患者的临床治疗效果等状况。结果观察组与对照组患者治疗前舒张压与收缩压治疗前为(106.1±9.6)mm Hg、(173.1±13.6)mm Hg与(105.2±9.5)mm Hg、(173.2±12.9)mm Hg,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后分别在总有效率(无效、有效、显效)的比较中为92.0%(9.0%、40.0%、52.0%)与76.0(24.0%、36.0%、40.0%);舒张压与收缩压为(81.4±6.6)mm Hg、(122.0±8.9)mm Hg与(95.5±8.3)mm Hg、(160.1±9.6)mm Hg,术后组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);舒张压与收缩压治疗前后t值和P值分别是2.23、3.43和0.212、0.0269与1.43、4.1和0.1368、0.0249。观察组与对照组治疗后的无效、有效、显效、总有效率比较中的χ~2与P值分别是6.531、6.111、5.984、6.253与0.043、0.023、0.011、0.026,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高血压患者行苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片治疗效果好、血压状况改善明显,值得推广、应用。

Objective To explore the effect of Levamlodipine Besylate Tablets in the treatment of hypertension. Methods 100 patients with hypertension treated in our hospital in January ~ 2018 January 2017 were selected as the clinical research subjects,and they were randomly and averaging into the observation group and the control group of 50 people in each group. The patients in the observation group were treated with Levamlodipine Besylate Tablets,while the patients in the control group were treated with Extended Release Nifedipine Tablets. The treatment lasted for 2 months. Finally,the clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results please give the correlation test value: the diastolic pressure and systolic pressure before treatment in the observation group and the control group were( 106. 1±9. 6) mm Hg,( 173. 1±13. 6) mm Hg and( 105. 2±9. 5) mm Hg and( 173. 2±12. 9) mm Hg,and there was no difference( P>0. 05),and 92%( 9%,40%,52%) and 76. in the total effective rate( invalid,effective and significant) after treatment. 0( 24%,36%,40%),diastolic pressure and systolic pressure were( 81. 4±6. 6) mm Hg,( 122±8. 9) mm Hg and( 95. 5±8. 3) mm Hg,( 160. 1±9. 6) mmHg,and the difference was obvious between the groups after the operation,and P<0. 05; the diastolic pressure and the P value of systolic blood pressure and systolic pressure were respectively. The values of χ~2 and P in the observation group and the control group were 6. 531,6. 111,5. 984,6. 253 and 0. 043,0. 023,0. 011 and 0. 026<0. 05,respectively. Conclusion Levamlodipine Besylate Tablets is effective and effective in improving blood pressure in hypertensive patients. It is worthy of popularization and application.
