体外受精——胚胎移植中促性腺激素激动剂长方案与拮抗剂方案促排卵效果及结局比较 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨体外受精—胚胎移植中促性腺激素激动剂(gonadotropin releasing hormone agonist GNRH-a)长方案与拮抗剂(gonadotropin releasing hormone antagonist)方案促排卵的治疗效果及妊娠结局的比较。方法选取2015年6月至2017年6月两年间在朝阳医院生殖中心分别进行长方案及拮抗剂方案促排卵的周期,进行一般情况及妊娠结局的比较。结果促性腺激素激动剂长方案与拮抗剂方案临床妊娠率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),OHSS发生率对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论体外受精—胚胎移植中,长方案与拮抗剂方案临床妊娠率相似,而OHSS的发生风险拮抗剂方案低于长方案。
