精神分裂症患者主要照顾者负担的研究进展

Research progress on the burden of main caregivers in schizophrenic patients

精神分裂症是一种临床常见病,多见于青壮年,病情反复发作,迁延难愈,当前临床中尚无特效的治疗方法,患者需要终身治疗。所以如果一个家庭中出现精神分裂症患者,则会给家庭造成巨大的经济负担和精神压力,大部分的精神分裂症患者需要家属照顾,照顾者具有一定的负担,多方面的因素均会加重照顾者的负担,本文笔者主要针对精神分裂症患者主要照顾者负担进行综述。

Schizophrenia is a common clinical disease,more common in young adults,recurrent,refractory protracted illness,at present there is no specific treatment in clinic,patients need lifelong treatment. So if a family in patients with schizophrenia,it will cause huge economic burden and pressure to the family,most of the patients with schizophrenia need to take care of family members and caregivers have a certain burden,many factors will increase the burden of caregivers,in this paper the author mainly for patients with schizophrenia caregivers the burden is reviewed.
