助产护士助产护理对产妇分娩质量的影响研究

Study on the influence of Midwifery nurse's Midwifery nursing on maternal delivery quality

目的本次探讨助产护士助产护理对产妇分娩质量的影响。方法选取我院收集的100例产妇,根据采用不同的护理方法分为实验组和对照组50例,对照组给予常规护理,实验组给予助产护士护理。结果实验组产妇自然分娩率明显高于对照组;实验组自然分娩第一、二、三产程总产程均比对照组短;实验组出血发生例数及护理满意度明显优于对照组。结论助产护士护理有利于提高自然分娩的几率,促进护患关系的融洽。

Objective To explore the influence of midwifery nurse's midwifery care on the delivery quality of parturients. Methods 100 parturients collected in our hospital were divided into experimental group and control group according to different nursing methods. the control group was given routine nursing and the experimental group was given midwifery nurse nursing. Results The spontaneous delivery rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The first,second and third stages of natural childbirth in experimental group were shorter than those in control group. The number of bleeding cases and nursing satisfaction in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group. Conclusion Nursing of midwifery nurses is beneficial to improve the probability of natural childbirth and promote the harmony of nurse-patient relationship.
