摘要
尼非地平是二氢吡啶类的钙拮抗剂,常被用来治疗多种心血管疾病,如高血压和心绞痛。虽然尼非地平在上述疾病的治疗中可能是通过阻断钙离子通道来发挥作用的,但在心肌细胞中尼非地平也可以抑制钾通道电流。人的心脏和脑组织中都会表达多种不同的钾离子通道,这些离子通道对于心肌细胞静息电位的维持、动作电位的产生以及神经元兴奋性的调节有着十分重要的作用。本文将对尼非地平作用的钾离子通道进行概述。
Nifedipine is a Ca+channel antagonist widely used for the treatment of a variety of cardiovascular disorders. Although nifedipine may play a role in the treatment of these diseases by blocking the calcium channel,it can also inhibit the potassium channel current in myocardial cells. Various potassium channels are expressed in the human heart and brain tissue,these ion channels play an important role in the production of resting potential of cardiac myocytes and the regulation of neuronal excitability. This paper will give a brief overview of nifedipine interact with potassium channels.
