Training Practice and Effect Evaluation of College Nurses with Digestive Endoscopy

目的通过对消化内镜护士专科培训的实践以建立和评估统一规范的消化内镜专科护士培训体系。方法选择2015年01月至2017年12月期间在我消化内镜中心进修或工作的34名内镜护士,进行分层级(基础型和专科型)分阶段(初级、中级、高级三个阶段)培训,不同阶段制定不同的培训时间、培训内容,建立有有效的考核评价标准,对其培训前后的专科理论,技术操作和综合素质进行评价。结果 34名内镜护士培训后专科理论、技术操作能力及综合素质均较培训前显著提高。结论消化内镜护士分层级分阶段的专科培训方案是科学可行,为将来制定统一的消化内镜专科护士培训体系提供了实践支持和理论依据。

Objective We practise and assess of training nurses in digestive endoscopy in order to establish a uniform and standardized training system for digestive endoscopic nurses. Methods Thirty-four nurses came from the Department of Digestive Endoscopy during January,2015 to December,2017. They were selected to carry out systematic training by hierarchies( basic and specialist) or phases( primary,intermediate,advanced three-phase),which through differrence time stages and contents. Then we evaluated the professional nurse by the specialist theories,technical operations and comprehensive quality before and after training. Results The specialist theory,technical operations and comprehensive quality of the 34 endoscopic nurses were statistically significant improved after training. Conclusion The specialized training program for digestive endoscopic nurses by separate hierarchies and phases was feasible,and provided practical supports for a unified training system for digestive endoscopy specialist nurses in the future.
