Construction of evaluation index system of nursing performance management under the background of new medical reform

基于新医改背景,构建科学的护理绩效管理评价指标体系。采用文献查阅法、访谈法,将关键业绩指标作为理论指导,构建了护理绩效管理评价指标体系初始量表,采用Delphi法实施2轮专家咨询,构建指标体系。该体系包括3项一级指标、8项二级指标、45项三级指标,咨询结果可靠、指标合理,能够用于护理绩效考核的评价。

Based on the background of new medical reform,we set up a scientific evaluation index system of nursing performance management. Using the method of literature review and interview,the key performance indicators are taken as the theoretical guidance,the initial scale of the evaluation index system of nursing performance management is constructed,and 2 rounds of expert consultation are carried out by the Delphi method,and the index system is constructed. The system includes 3 first grade index,8 item two index and 45 three grade index. The consultation result is reliable and the index is reasonable. It can be used in the evaluation of nursing performance assessment.
