雷帕霉素联合顺铂静脉化疗治疗卵巢癌的效果分析

摘要 目的综合分析雷帕霉素联合顺铂静脉化疗治疗卵巢癌的效果。方法选取本院2015年2月至2017年5月收治的60例卵巢癌患者,按照入院顺序随机分为观察组(30例,应用雷帕霉素联合顺铂静脉化疗治疗方法)和对照组(30例,应用雷帕霉素治疗方法)。采用统计学软件分析60例卵巢癌患者的临床治疗效果、VEGF(血管内皮生长因子)水平。结果观察组卵巢癌患者完全缓解率高于对照组卵巢癌患者,观察组卵巢癌患者血管内皮生长因子水平低于对照组卵巢癌患者。结论雷帕霉素联合顺铂静脉化疗治疗卵巢癌的效果显著。
