偶联剂和不同粘接剂对纤维桩粘接强度的影响分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析偶联剂与不同粘接剂使用时对纤维桩粘接强度的影响。方法选择因牙周病被完整拔除后的70颗成年人上中切牙,70支玻璃纤维桩随机分为5组,每组14支,A组:Silane+ParaCore;B组:ParaCore;C组:Silane+Panavia F;D组:Panavia F;E组:Monobond-S+Multilink N。按照实验分组与粘接剂厂商说明,将纤维桩粘接固定至预备根管,记录最大破坏负载(Fmax)与失败载荷。结果采用同一种粘接剂时,联合使用偶联剂的A组与C组粘接强度显著高于未使用偶联剂的B组与D组;在联合使用偶联剂时,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在使用树脂粘接固定纤维桩前,联合使用偶联剂,显著提高了酸蚀后的纤维桩与粘接剂之间的粘接强度,且对于不同粘接剂均有良好的提升效果。
