摘要
目的针对糖尿病肾病患者发生医院感染的临床特征进行探讨,并根据临床特征探讨其预防护理方法。方法选取2012年1月至2017年11月期间来院诊治的100例糖尿病肾病患者作为研究对象,其中有50例患者合并医院感染,分析患者出现医院感染的情况。结果糖尿病肾病合并医院感染与患者的年龄、营养状况、住院时间、CHD、肾功能和HbA1c均相关。结论通过研究明确糖尿病肾病合并医院感染的特征,根据此采取合适的预防护理措施,能够有效预防患者发生医院感染。
Objective Explore the clinical characteristics of hospital infection in diabetic nephropathy patients,and to explore the preventive nursing methods according to the clinical characteristics. Methods The interval from January 2012 to November 2017 was taken as the period of this study,during which 100 patients with diabetic nephropathy in our hospital were selected as the study subjects. The hospital infection was analyzed. Results Diabetic nephropathy combined with hospital infection was associated with age,nutritional status, length of stay, CHD, renal function and HbA1c. Conclusion By studying the characteristics of diabetic nephropathy complicated with hospital infection,appropriate preventive nursing measures can effectively prevent hospital infection.
