摘要
目的定量研究哺乳动物长骨密质骨微管结构。方法选用人股骨、兔股骨、虎胫骨制作组织切片,通过光学显微镜观察、测量骨微管二维结构。采用连续切片、图像处理和三维建模技术重构20岁、60岁人股骨微管结构模型。结论提出一种采用骨组织连续切片重构密质骨微管三维模型的方法。结果人股骨哈佛氏管直径约为50μm,兔股骨哈佛氏管直径约为25μm,虎胫骨哈佛氏管直径约为45μm。结论人股骨哈佛氏管和福克曼管的连通方式主要分为:H型和Y型两种连通方式,比例分别为60%、40%。兔股骨和虎胫骨中哈佛氏管和福克曼管的连通方式主要为H型。
Objective To perform quantitative study on the micro-canals in compact bone of mammals. Methods The diameters of micro-canals in 2D sliced bone in human femur,rabbit femur and tiger tibia were measured with optical microscope. The 3D microcanal architectures in human femurs with the age of 20 and 60 were reconstructed by integrating serial slicing,image processing and 3D modeling techniques. Results A method of reconstructing sliced preparation compact bone was designed. The mean diameters of Haversian canals( H. C.) in human femur,rabbit femur and tiger tibia were 50μm,25μm and 45μm respectively. Conclusion Two kinds of connectivity pattern between H. C. and Volkmann canals( V. C.) were found in human femur with 60% H-type and 40% Y-type. For rabbit femur and tiger tibia,the dominated connectivity mode was H-type.
