研究学生标准化病人(SSP)与以问题为基础的学习法(PBL)整合模式在妇产科护理教学查房中的应用效果 被引量:5

摘要 目的主要调查分析在妇科护理教学查房中落实SSP与PBL整合模式教学后对学生教学效果的影响。方法本次研究的对象均属于妇科的实习学生,均为2017年到本院实习者。抽取68名学生,根据实际的不同教学模式开展分组处理,其中,使用传统性的护理教学查房模式的34名学生称之为传统组;使用SSP结合PBL教学模式开展护理教学查房的另34名学生称之为研究组,对二组学生的相关成绩进行评价。结果研究组学生理论知识成绩(89.3±6.7)分、操作技能成绩(86.8±7.3)分,均高于传统组学生的相关成绩;在自身能力项目评价中,相对于传统组,研究组学生自身的知识掌握能力、技术操作能力以及病情评估的能力变化程度较明显例数较多。在教学质量评价中,研究组学生的学习兴趣水平评分以及知识结构的理解程度评分优,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在妇科护理教学查房中落实SSP与PBL整合模式教学后不但可以进一步提升学生的理论知识成绩与操作技能,还能显著的提升学生对于病情评估的能力以及对知识结构的理解程度,对护理教学查房有良好的促进作用。 Objective To investigate and analyze the effect of ssp and PBL integrated teaching mode on the teaching effect of gynecological nursing teaching ward rounds. Methods The subjects of this study were all gynecological interns,who came to our hospital in 2017. 68 students were selected and divided into groups according to different teaching modes. among them,34 students who used the traditional nursing teaching ward round mode were called the traditional group. Another 34 students who used ssp combined with PBL teaching mode to carry out nursing teaching ward rounds were called the research group,and the related scores of the two groups were evaluated. Results The scores of theoretical knowledge( 89. 3 ± 6. 7) and operational skills( 86. 8 ± 7. 3) in the study group were higher than those in the traditional group( P<0. 05). Compared with the traditional group,the students in the study group had more changes in their own knowledge,skills and operation ability and the ability of disease assessment than the traditional group( P<0. 05). In the teaching quality evaluation,the study group students’ learning interest level score and the structure of knowledge understanding degree score is superior,P<0. 05. Conclusion The implementation of ssp and PBL integrated teaching mode in gynecological nursing teaching ward rounds can not only further improve students’ theoretical knowledge and operational skills,but also significantly improve students’ ability of disease assessment and the structure of knowledge understanding,and has a good role in promoting nursing teaching ward rounds.
