改良纵切横缝术治疗慢性肛裂的临床效果及对肛管相关指标的影响

Clinical effect of modified longitudinal transverse suture in the treatment of chronic anal fissure and its influence on anal canal related indexes

目的探讨改良纵切横缝治疗慢性肛裂的临床效果及对肛管相关指标的影响。方法随机选取2016年3月至2017年3月我院慢性肛裂患者72例,按照双盲法将其分为对照组与观察组,每组各36例。其中对照组行常规纵切横缝术,观察组采用改良纵切横缝术,比较两组患者临床效果。结果术前两组患者肛管直径、肛管最大收缩压及肛管静息压各项指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0. 05);术后两组患者各项指标均得到明显改善,两组患者在各项指标比较中差异无统计学意义(P>0. 05)。观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。结论改良纵切横缝术在慢性肛裂治疗中效果显著,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of modified longitudinal and transverse suture in the treatment of chronic anal fissure. Methods 72 patients with chronic anal fissure in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 36 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with conventional longitudinal and transverse suture,and the patients in the observation group were treated with modified longitudinal and transverse suture. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results Tthere was no significant difference in the diameter of anal canal,the maximum systolic pressure of anal canal and the rest pressure of anal canal between the two groups before operation( P> 0. 05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups( P>0. 05). The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group( P<0. 05). Conclusion The effect of modified longitudinal and transverse suture in the treatment of chronic anal fissure is remarkable and worth popularizing.
