优质护理对肿瘤晚期患者疼痛的临床效果分析及其对患者生存质量的影响

Clinical effect analysis of quality nursing care on patients with advanced cancer and its effect on patients' quality of life

目的对肿瘤晚期患者实施优质护理,分析该护理措施对其疼痛效果及生存质量的影响。方法选取我院在2017年4月至2018年4月期间共收治的60例肿瘤晚期患者作为研究对象,根据患者入院顺序分为护理组及对照组,各30例。其中对照组实施常规护理,护理组在常规护理基础上实施优质护理干预,比较两组患者疼痛状况及生存质量。结果护理组患者生存质量总分为(135. 86±6. 98)分,明显高于对照组的(103. 02±5. 97)分;护理组患者疼痛程度明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。结论优质护理能够显著缓解患者癌痛程度,提高生存质量。

Objective to carry out high-quality nursing for patients with advanced cancer and analyze the effect of the nursing measures on their pain effect and quality of life. Methods a total of 60 patients with advanced cancer admitted and treated in our hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 were selected as study objects,and were divided into nursing group and control group according to the admission sequence of patients,with 30 cases each. The control group performed routine nursing,and the nursing group performed quality nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing,and the pain status and life quality of the two groups were compared. Results the total score of the nursing group was 135. 86 + 6. 98,significantly higher than that of the control group( 103. 02 + 5. 97). The pain degree of the nursing group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P< 0. 05). Conclusion quality nursing can significantly relieve cancer pain and improve the quality of life.
