跗骨骨折分型的方法中,最普遍的是Sanders的CT分型法。Sanders分型对选择跟骨骨折的治疗方法和预后判断都有很高的临床应用价值。跟骨骨折的治疗有多种不同方法,各治疗方法所对应的Sanders分型亦各不相同。本文旨在结合近年来的研究成果,综述Sanders分型对跟骨治疗策略的指导作用。

There are many kinds of classifications of calcaneal fractures,Sanders classification is the most widely used at present. It has high clinical value of choose the treatment and predict the prognosis of calcaneal fractures. There are multiple different treatments for different Sanders types of calcaneal fractures. The purpose of this article is to combine research in recent years,to discuss the strategy of choose the treatment of calcaneal fractures based on the Sanders classification.
