局部复发鼻咽癌放射治疗技术的研究分析

摘要 目的对局部复发鼻咽癌放射治疗技术应用效果进行分析。方法 2013年8月至2017年8月,于我院收治的局部复发鼻咽癌患者中选取50例,分别对其进行冠状动脉造影、磁共振、CT、放射性核素与X线平片检查,对这五种检查方式的诊断率进行统计分析。结果磁共振、CT、放射性核素、X线平片的诊断率分别为88%、84%、92%、80%,四种检查方式的诊断率对比,P>0. 05。结论磁共振、CT、放射性核素与X线平片等放射技术诊断局部复发鼻咽癌的临床效果显著,在临床上存在有良好的应用价值。 Objective To analyze the effect of radiotherapy for local recurrent nasopharyngeal carcinoma( NPC). Methods From August 2013 to August 2017,50 patients with locally recurrent nasopharyngeal carcinoma were examined by coronary angiography,magnetic resonance imaging,radionuclide and X-ray plain film. The diagnostic rate of these five methods was analyzed statistically. Results The diagnostic rate of CT and radionuclide X ray plain film were 88 ^( 84) and 922 ^( 80),respectively. The diagnostic rate of four kinds of examination methods was higher than 0.05( P > 0.05). Conclusion Magnetic resonance imaging,radioactivity. Radionuclide and X-ray radiography are effective in the diagnosis of locally recurrent nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
