With the development and progress of society,people have higher and higher requirements for medical safety and nursing services. The labor room work has the characteristics of acute illness,rapid change and high risk. After the opening of the national second-child policy,the number of elderly and high-risk pregnant women is increasing,and the delivery room has become a high-risk department for medical care risks. The delivery room is the key link in the quality management of maternal and child health care,and the safety of the delivery room will directly affect the maternal and child health. Therefore,the safety of the delivery room care can’t be ignored,ensuring the safety of care is a prerequisite for providing patients with safe and quality services. This paper analyzes the hidden dangers of maternity care in many aspects and puts forward corresponding management countermeasures.
