牵力可调式皮肤牵张器在股前外侧皮瓣供区创面修复中的临床应用分析

Clinical application of the force adjustable skin distractor in the repair of donor site wounds of anterolateral thigh flap

目的探讨牵力可调式皮肤牵张器在股前外侧皮瓣供区创面修复中的临床应用效果。方法随机抽取我院收治的采用牵力可调式皮肤牵张器进行股前外侧皮瓣供区创面修复患者50例,回顾性分析其全部的临床资料,对其修复效果进行观察分析。结果本组50例患者住院7～12d,平均住院时间(8. 7±5. 2) d。经随访时间6～12个月,平均随访(8. 4±2. 3)个月,经治愈48例,治愈率96. 0%。另2例患者治疗后出现针道红肿,且部分创面缩小,停止修复后机经植皮修复残余创面。结论在股前外侧皮瓣供区创面修复中应用牵力可调式皮肤牵张器的效果非常显著,既能使创面逐渐愈合,又不会影响皮皮瓣侧肢体术后活动,还能避免或者减少术中植皮,从而达到较高的整体效果,因此值得应用推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the force adjustable skin distractor in the repair of donor site wounds of anterolateral thigh flap. Methods 50 cases of the anterior lateral femoral skin flap were treated in our hospital. All the clinical data were analyzed retrospectively,and the effect of the repair was observed and analyzed. Results 50 patients were hospitalized in 7-12 d and the average length of stay was( 8. 7+5. 2) d. Follow up lasted for 6-12 months,with an average follow-up of( 8. 4+ 2. 3) months. 48 cases were cured and the cure rate was 96%. The other 2 patients developed swelling of the needle channel after treatment,and some wounds were reduced. Conclusion The effect of traction adjustable skin distractor in the repair of the anterior lateral femoral skin flap is very significant. It can not only make the wound heal gradually,but also can not affect the postoperative activities of the skin flap side limbs,and can avoid or reduce the skin grafting in the operation,thus it can achieve a higher overall effect,so it is worthy of application.
