无托槽隐形矫治与固定矫治技术在拔牙病例中的应用分析

Application of No-bracket Invisible Correction and Fixed Correction Technique in Extraction Cases

目的探究无托槽隐形矫治与固定矫治技术在拔牙病例中的应用效果。方法研究对象选取为2011年3月至2014年1月之间我院收治的65例需拔牙矫治的病例,采用数字表法随机分组,固定组32例采用固定矫治技术治疗,隐形组33例则采用无托槽隐形矫治技术治疗,两组患者预期干预时间均为1年,1年后统计疗效,对比两组患者的临床疗效、有效矫治时间、完成治疗时间及口腔卫生指数(OHI)。结果隐形组总有效率为96. 97%,显著高于固定组的81. 25%,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05);隐形组患者的扭正转位牙时间、扶正倾斜牙时间、完成治疗时间均显著低于固定组,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05);治疗前两组患者的各项OHI指数对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0. 05),治疗后隐形组患者的牙龈指数(GI)、菌斑指数(PLI)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)均显著低于固定组,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。结论无托槽隐形矫治技术用于拔牙矫治患者的疗效确切,相较于固定矫治可有效提高疗效,加速矫治时间,对患者的牙周健康影响较小,值得在临床上推广和应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of no bracketing stealth treatment and fixation technique in tooth extraction cases. Methods 65 cases of orthodontic treatment were selected from 2011. 3 to 2014. 1. The patients were randomly divided into three groups: fixed group( n = 32) and fixed group( n = 33). The untreated group The two groups of patients were expected to intervene for1 year,1 year after the statistical results,compared the two groups of patients with clinical efficacy,effective treatment time,completion of treatment time and oral health index( OHI). Results The total effective rate of the invisible group was 96. 97%,which was significantly higher than that of the fixed group( 81. 25%),and the difference was statistically significant( P<0. 05);the time of orthodontic rotation of the stealth group,( P < 0. 05). There was no significant difference in the OHI index between the two groups before treatment( P>0. 05). The gingival index( GI) of the patients in the stealth group after treatment was significantly lower than that in the control group( P<0. 05),Plaque index( PLI) and gingival sulcus bleeding index( SBI) were significantly lower than those in the fixed group,the comparison was statistically significant( P< 0. 05). Conclusion There is no definite effect on the treatment of orthodontic treatment in patients with orthodontic treatment. Compared with fixed treatment,the curative effect can be effectively improved and the treatment time is prolonged,which has little effect on the periodontal health of patients. It is worthy to be popularized and applied in clinic.
