护理干预对老年肺结核患者应用抗结核药物不良反应的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨护理干预在使用抗结核药物治疗老年肺结核患者中的应以价值。方法选择84例于2015年6月至2017年6月间在我院接受抗结核药物治疗的老年结核病患者为研究对象,以护理方式为依据将所有患者分为对照组和观察组。对照组实施常规护理服务,给予观察组患者护理干预,对两组护理效果予以对比。结果对照组患者用药依从性为78. 6%(33/42),观察组患者用药依从性为95. 2%(40/42),差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);对照组患者生活质量得分为(200. 3±5. 7)分,观察组患者生活质量得分为(235. 5±3. 1)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05);观察组用药不良反应发生率为23. 8%(10/42),与观察组的7. 1%(3/42)相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。结论给予行抗结核药物治疗老年肺结核患者护理干预,可明显提高患者依从性和生活质量,同时有利于降低患者用药后不良反应,值得在深入探讨的基础上进一步推广应用。
