超声监护联合米索前列醇用于计划生育手术中的临床效果观察

Clinical observation of ultrasound monitoring combined with misoprostol for family planning surgery

目的探讨计划生育手术中采取超声监护联合米索前列醇治疗的临床效果。方法选取江苏省盐城市大丰区妇幼保健计划生育服务中心2017年10月—2018年10月收治的50例计划生育手术患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组25例。两组患者均经常规检查确认无异常后,于手术前2h口服米索前列醇,对照组接受无痛人工流产术,观察组在对照组基础上采用超声监护。观察并比较两组并发症发生情况和各项手术指标情况。结果观察组发生子宫穿孔、感染、人工流产综合征、漏吸概率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组手术时间、阴道流血时间、术中出血量均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论计划生育手术中采取超声监护联合米索前列醇治疗,能够有效缩短手术时间和阴道流血时间,降低并发症发生率和术中出血量。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of ultrasound monitoring combined with misoprostol in family planning surgery.Methods A total of 50 family planning patients admitted to the Maternal and Child Health Care Family Planning Service Center of Dafeng District,Yancheng City,Jiangsu Province from October 2017 to October 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,25 cases in each group.Two groups of patients were confirmed by routine examination to confirm that there was no abnormality.Misoprostol was administered orally 2 hours before surgery,and the control group received painless artificial abortion.The observation group was treated with ultrasound on the basis of the control group.Observe and compare the incidence of complications and the various surgical indicators.Results The incidence of uterine perforation,infection,induced abortion syndrome and leakage in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation time,vaginal bleeding time and intraoperative blood loss of the observation group were lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound monitoring combined with misoprostol in family planning surgery can effectively shorten the operation time and vaginal bleeding time,reduce the incidence of complications and intraoperative blood loss.
