阿托品联合奥美拉唑治疗急性胃炎的效果观察

Effect of atropine combined with omeprazole on acute gastritis

目的探讨阿托品联合奥美拉唑治疗急性胃炎的临床效果。方法选取江苏省徐州市社会福利院2017年11月—2018年11月收治的72例急性胃炎患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组36例。对照组接受奥美拉唑联合山莨菪碱治疗。观察组接受阿托品联合奥美拉唑治疗。观察并比较两组患者的治疗效果、不良反应发生情况和炎症因子水平。结果观察组总有效率为94.44%,明显高于对照组的69.44%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率为5.56%,明显低于对照组的25.00%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组TNF-α、IFN-β、IL-6水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论阿托品联合奥美拉唑治疗急性胃炎,疗效显著,不良反应发生率低,且有助于改善患者炎症因子水平。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of atropine combined with omeprazole in the treatment of acute gastritis.Methods Seventy-two patients with acute gastritis admitted to the Social Welfare Institute of Xuzhou City,Jiangsu Province from November 2017 to November 2018 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 36 cases in each group.The control group received omeprazole plus anisodamine.The observation group received atropine and omeprazole.The therapeutic effects,adverse reactions,and inflammatory factors were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.44%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(69.44%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.56%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group(25.00%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of TNF-α,IFN-β and IL-6 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Atropine combined with omeprazole is effective in the treatment of acute gastritis.The incidence of adverse reactions is low and it can improve the level of inflammatory factors in patients.
