ICU重症心力衰竭患者血浆脑钠肽表达及其对预后的影响

Expression of Plasma Brain Natriuretic Peptide in Patients with Severe Heart Failure in ICU and Its Influence on Prognosis

目的研究ICU重症心力衰竭患者的血浆脑钠肽(BNP)表达以及对患者预后的影响。方法选取2018年6月—10月入住安徽省亳州市人民医院并被确诊为重症心力衰竭的24例患者作为观察组。另外选取24名健康志愿者作为对照组。对两组患者的血浆BNP表达以及观察组患者预后情况进行研究。结果观察组患者血浆的BNP水平显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 ICU重症心力衰竭患者血浆BNP表达水平比较高,并且血浆中的BNP水平的异常升高预示着患者预后效果较差。

Objective To study the expression of plasma brain natriuretic peptide(BNP) in patients with severe heart failure in ICU and its influence on prognosis. Methods Twenty four patients admitted to People’s Hospital of Bozhou City from June to October 2018 with severe heart failure were selected as the observation group. In addition, 24 healthy volunteers were selected as the control group. The plasma BNP expression in the two groups and the prognosis of the observation group were studied. Results The plasma BNP level in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P< 0.05). Conclusion The expression of BNP in plasma is high in ICU patients with severe heart failure, and the abnormal increase in plasma BNP levels indicates poor prognosis.
