经阴道联合经腹超声在异位妊娠中的诊断价值

Diagnostic Value of Transvaginal Combined Transabdominal Ultrasound in Ectopic Pregnancy

目的探究经阴道联合经腹超声用于异位妊娠的诊断效果。方法选取2017年7月至2018年7月在江苏大学附属宜兴市人民医院进行异位妊娠治疗的90例患者,分别进行经腹超声、经阴道超声及联合检查。观察并比较经腹超声、经阴道超声及经腹超声联合经阴道超声检查的准确率及对阳性患者特征情况的检出率。结果经腹超声联合经阴道超声检查阳性率为95.56%,均显著高于单独采用经腹及阴道超声检查结果,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。经腹超声联合经阴道超声检查对确诊患者附件包块、假孕囊、心管搏动、胚芽及卵黄囊等特征的检出率均明显高于单独采用经腹及阴道超声检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用经阴道联合经腹超声检查,其阳性率能够达到95%左右,即能够对大多数异位妊娠患者进行确诊,能够为提高该类患者治疗效果提供良好基础,促进其恢复。

Objective To investigate the effect of transvaginal combined transabdominal ultrasound in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy. Methods Ninety patients with ectopic pregnancy treated in Yixing People’s Hospital affiliated to Jiangsu University from July 2017 to July 2018 were enrolled in the study. Transabdominal ultrasound, transvaginal ultrasound and combined examination were performed,respectively. The accuracy of transabdominal ultrasound, transvaginal ultrasound and transabdominal ultrasound combined with transvaginal ultrasonography and the detection rate of positive patient characteristics were observed and compared. Results The positive rate of transabdominal ultrasound combined with transvaginal ultrasonography was 95.56%, which was significantly higher than that of transabdominal and transvaginal ultrasound alone.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Transabdominal ultrasound combined with transvaginal ultrasonography showed that the detection rate of the accessory mass, false cell nature, cardiac tube pulsation, germ and yolk sac was significantly higher than that of the transabdominal and transvaginal ultrasound alone(P<0.05). Conclusion Transvaginal combined with transabdominal ultrasonography can achieve a positive rate of about 95%, which can diagnose most patients with ectopic pregnancy, and provide a good basis for improving the treatment of such patients, and promote their recovery.
