167例阿托伐他汀不良反应报告分析 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨阿托伐他汀使用过程中不良反应发生特点和临床表现。方法回顾性分析贵阳市贵州省药品评价中心(ADR)2008年至2018年收集的167例阿托伐他汀不良反应病例报告,分析167例病例报告的患者性别、年龄、用药剂量、用药时间、联合用药、原患疾病、ADR发生时间、合并用药、不良反应累及器官。结果 167例不良反应病例报告中:发生时间2~7 d发生不良反应的患者最多,(76.0%)无联合用药,原患疾病高血压(包括原发性)34例最多,肝胆系统损害最多为26.58%。结论临床应加强对阿托伐他汀使用的监测,从而减少和避免严重不良反应的发生。
