复合添加剂焙烧-稀酸浸出清洁提钒工艺研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用复合添加剂焙烧-稀酸浸出工艺提钒,考察了复合添加剂用量、焙烧温度、焙烧时间、硫酸用量、浸出时间、浸出温度及液固比对钒浸出率的影响。结果表明,在复合添加剂用量6%、焙烧温度800℃、焙烧时间3h,硫酸用量3%、浸出时间3h、浸出温度60℃和液固比3∶1的条件下,钒浸出率为85.6%,比钙化焙烧工艺的钒浸出率提高了13.4%。本工艺焙烧过程中产生的烟气污染较小,对环境相对友好,且能大幅度提高钒浸出率。 Vanadium was extracted by roasting with composite additives and leaching with dilute acid.Impacts were investigated of composite additive dosage,roasting temperature,roasting duration,sulfuric acid dosage,leaching duration,leaching temperature and liquid-solid ratio on vanadium leaching rate.The results show that under the conditions of composite additive dosage 6%,roasting temperature 800 ℃,roasting duration 3h,sulfuric acid dosage 3%,leaching duration 3h,leaching temperature 60℃and liquid-solid ratio 3∶1,the vanadium leaching rate of the above process is85.6%,increased by 13.4%compared with that of calcification roasting process.This technology has a good application prospect as an environment-friendly process with less off-gas pollution during roasting and substantially improved vanadium leaching rate.
