Study on Wear Resistance of WC-10Co-4Cr Coatings Prepared by Different Thermal Spraying Technologies

摘要 分别利用等离子喷涂(APS)、超音速等离子喷涂(SAPS)和超音速火焰喷涂(HVOF)工艺,在45#钢基体表面制备WC-10Co-4Cr涂层。分析比较了三种涂层的孔隙率、显微硬度和耐磨性能。结果表明,SAPS和HVOF制备的涂层性能相当,且相结构单一,与粉末相近;与等离子喷涂相比,这两种工艺所制备涂层的致密度和显微硬度更高,耐磨性能更优异。 WC-10Co-4Cr coatings were prepared on 45#steel by plasma spraying(APS),supersonic plasma spraying(SAPS)and high velocity oxy-fuel thermal spraying(HVOF),respectively.The porosity,microhardness,and wear resistance of the three coatings were analyzed and compared.The results show that the two coatings prepared by SAPS and HVOF have similar performance and single phase composition similar to the powders.Compared with the coating prepared by APS,the two coatings prepared by SAPS and HVOF have higher density and microhardness and better wear resistance.
