摘要
以Sc2O3、B4C、C粉为原料,采用碳热还原法在高温真空条件下制备ScB2,并采用X射线衍射仪及Rietveld全谱拟合对产品物相进行了定性与定量分析。结果表明,以Sc2O3和B4C为原料并添加适量C粉作反应活性剂,采用碳热还原法合成ScB2,合成率可达99%以上。
ScB2was prepared by carbon thermal reduction in vacuum at high temperature with Sc2O3,B4 C and C powder as the raw materials.Qualitative and quantitative analysis was made of product phase composition by XRD and Rietveld whole pattern fitting.The results show that ScB2 synthesis rate can be more than 99% by carbon thermal reduction with Sc2O3 and B4C as the raw materials and appropriate amount of C powder as the reactive agent.
