YB_2粉末固相反应制备工艺的研究

Research on YB_2 Powder Preparation by Solid State Reaction

摘要 采用YB4与Y粉末混合压块在真空条件下固相反应的方式制备YB2粉末,并对固相反应工艺条件进行研究。研究结果表明:在真空条件下进行1 800℃×10h的固相反应,可得到纯度较高的YB2粉末。 YB2powders were prepared by vacuum solid state reaction of YB4 and Y mixed compacts.Process conditions of solid state reaction were studied.The results show that high-purity YB2 powders can be obtained by vacuum solid state reaction at 1 800 ℃for 10 h.
