摘要
结合内孔斜槽产品电火花成形加工多工位夹具改进实例,在满足产品尺寸及形位公差要求下,对电火花成形加工夹具进行了设计和改进,将原有的单一加工工位夹具设计改进成多工位夹具。在优化三轴数控电火花成形加工程序和加工参数并改进电极结构的情况下,与原有加工夹具相比,多工位夹具的内孔斜槽产品生产效率提高约3.86倍,有效降低了生产成本。
Based on the example of multi-position fixture improvement for electrical discharge machining of inner hole chute products,electrical discharge machining fixtures were designed and improved up to the requirements of product size and shape tolerance.The original single-position fixtures were designed and improved to multi-position fixtures.After the three-axis CNC electrical discharge machining programs and processing parameters are optimized and the electrode structure is improved,the inner hole chute production efficiency of multi-position fixtures is about 3.86 times higher than that of the original machining fixtures,effectively reducing the manufacturing cost.
